As a registered company and charity, GST is required by law to appoint a Board of Directors and Trustees. Experienced academics in theology, ordained ministers and administrators form an effective team to provide strategic leadership in line with GST’s aims and values. Using an appropriate balance of skills, experience, backgrounds and knowledge, at the same time aware of the importance of the public’s confidence and trust, it seeks to make informed decisions in the best interests of Greenwich School of Theology (GST), according to the agreement with the TUA as an accredited tertiary institution.
